Simply create an account to get started. The best first step: sit the trial's full mock — its report and weak-spot diagnosis for each subject will help you choose a plan (see “Where should we start, and which plan fits?”).

Extra quota packs and bonus quota carry over each month while your subscription is active; if it expires they are frozen and restored when you resubscribe. Completed exams, reports and past results stay available even when your quota is used up.

Yes, you can switch plans at any time. Every plan change — upgrade, downgrade, exam-type switch (OC ↔ SHS), or billing-cycle change — takes effect immediately: your current plan ends today and the new plan starts on a fresh billing cycle at its full price. What you haven't used isn't lost, and your progress and exam history are always preserved.

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the subscription management page or Stripe Customer Portal. After cancellation, you'll retain full access until the end of your current billing period. As our content is delivered digitally, we encourage you to explore our platform thoroughly before subscribing. A Complete Set contains 3 rounds, and each round has one paper for every subject of the exam. Practice quota is shared by the Practice Center and the Learning Center.

Renew Now ends your current billing cycle immediately and starts a fresh one at full price. Unused quota carries over as bonus quota, which never expires while your subscription stays active. It is only for active Stripe-billed Essential and Pro subscriptions — not trials, and not OC Practice Daily / SHS Practice Daily, whose quota already refreshes every day. Unlike cancelling, which lets you use the current period to the end, Renew Now ends it straight away in exchange for a fresh cycle.

Every plan includes free practice quotas that refresh each day at midnight (Sydney time) — OC Practice Daily / SHS Practice Daily is built around them, and Essential and Pro also include daily free practice on top of their monthly quota (the pricing page shows each plan's daily amount). They work anywhere a practice quota does (Practice Center and Learning Center). Unused daily quotas don't accumulate.

Yes. OC Practice Daily / SHS Practice Daily has no monthly mock quota, but any mock quota you hold — from a Mock Quota Pack or earned as a reward — lets your child sit mock exams in the Test Center, with the same full report and diagnosis as on Essential or Pro.

A Complete Set contains 3 full rounds, and each round is one complete mock exam covering every subject of the exam. Finish every paper in a set to unlock the next one; within each subject, the next paper unlocks once the current one and any required practice are done.

Smart Practice is our AI-powered recommendation system. After each exam, MockStar analyses your performance and identifies your weak areas. It then generates targeted practice sessions focusing specifically on the skills and question types you need to improve, creating an efficient learning loop.

For the most realistic exam simulation, we recommend completing tests in one sitting. However, your progress is automatically saved, and if you lose connection or need to close your browser, you can resume from where you left off within the exam time limit.

Tests are automatically scored upon completion. You'll receive an instant report with your score, percentage, and a detailed breakdown by skill area and question type. The diagnostic report helps you understand exactly where you stand and what to focus on next.

After completing a required practice session following an exam, the next paper in that subject becomes available. Your practice results also feed back into the recommendation engine, so future practice sessions become even more targeted to your needs.
